After the initial training period you can work a hybrid schedule of 3 days/week in our Pittsburgh office (located at 430 Freeport Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15238) and 2 days/week from home.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Responsible for a full range of office support administrative duties, including but not limited to:
Field/screen income phone calls, taking accurate messages. Interact professionally with client, other firm professionals, court personnel, co-counsel, etc.
Support case docket management functions including tracking filing deadlines
Draft basic correspondence
Processing office mail
Requesting information from county or other governmental entities
Perform internet research
Open and maintain electronic and paper document files, includes accurate data entry
Assist other members of the practice support group, as needed
Other duties, as assigned
Your Background:
Minimum of 1 year of administrative office experience or internship required.
Law firm experience and familiarity with litigation terminology considered a plus.
Proficient computer skills and comfortable learning new software programs.
Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook and database skills.
Basic math skills and the ability to convert percentages to decimals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with diverse client base in a professional and service-oriented manner.
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
