What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for a full range of office support administrative duties, including but not limited to:
    • All direction will come from your line manager to allow proactive planning for business needs to support business continuity during cost center fluctuations.
    • Value-adding internal support. Learn all administrative functions throughout our various cost centers to be able to support as needed.
    • Assist with short term special projects and assignments as identified through our operations team.
    • Comprehensive coverage for gaps in staffing (including vacation coverage) in the various cost centers as needs arise
    • Assist other members of the practice support group, as needed
    • Other duties, as assigned

Requirements and Skills:

  • Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word, excel, managing files and records, and workplace terminology.
  •  Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Complex Problem SolvingIdentifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Ability to follow a documented process and ask questions as needed.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Time Management - Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Technologically Oriented - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), CIMS, and a quick learner with other technology platforms which may change on occasion. Able to identify efficiencies across cost centers and best practices on various platforms.
